Yoav has built a distinguished career spanning 30 years in computing infrastructure, information security, and organizational computing. For the past 15 years, he has served as the CIO and Head of the Technology and Computing Systems Division at Seminar HaKibbutzim College, earning the CIO Award in 2011. In this role, he led the division to achieve recognition for innovative projects, including deploying advanced communication networks, technological classrooms, and COVID-19-era solutions. Yoav led collaborations with major Israeli communication providers, such as Partner, Cellcom, HOT, and Bezeq International, and worked with the MACHBA communications team to enhance internet network resilience and ensure alignment with international standards. 25 years ago, he established the computing infrastructure for Brinks Israel, earning awards for excellence in communication and IT management, and oversaw complex production environments for Amdocs in the UK and US.
Yoav holds a BA in Management and Computer Science, and has continually advanced his expertise through certifications and courses, including CIO training, systems analysis licensing, and information security. Yoav is also an active participant in the Israeli Chamber of Information Technology’s professional forums, “People and Computers,” and other working groups. He has extensive experience in project management at tactical and strategic levels, specializing in the upgrading and management of organizational technology infrastructures.
