Who We Are
As part of the Israel Internet Association’s (ISOC-IL) efforts to bridge digital gaps, an expert forum was established in 2023 to address the digital divide in Arab society. The Arab Forum for Digital Inclusion in Israel brings together professionals from various fields related to the internet and digital communications within Arab society, including researchers and academics, experts from civil society organizations, local government representatives, digital marketing specialists, and social activists.
Since its founding, the forum has worked to map and analyze the challenges hindering the advancement of internet accessibility and digitalization in Arab society. Its activities span multiple sectors, including public policy, local governance, business, and academia.
The forum holds regular meetings to exchange insights, develop strategies, and formulate policy recommendations aimed at driving meaningful change. A key focus is advocating for the accessibility of government and municipal digital services for Arab society. To this end, the forum actively engages with decision-makers and Knesset committees to advocate for informed and effective digital policies.
What We Do
The Arab Forum for Digital Inclusion in Israel is committed to achieving the following objectives:
- Developing and monitoring policies and regulations issued by the government and other national bodies to strengthen internet infrastructure in Arab society and enhance digital accessibility for Arab citizens.

- Coordinating between the Forum and institutions that share ISOC-IL’s objectives and interests to maximize the effectiveness of projects and initiatives promoting internet development and digital transformation within Arab society.
