The Israel Internet Association (ISOC-IL) is pleased to announce the official results of the recent elections for ISOC-IL’s Board of Trustees.
Elected by ISOC-IL’s members and serving on a voluntary basis, the Board is responsible for setting ISOC-IL’s policy direction, objectives, and core activities. Board elections are held annually, and the Board typically includes seven members. This year’s elections concluded on December 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM, following a 48-hour voting period, with a voter turnout of 48.7%.

About the Newly Elected Board Members
Mili Bach
Mili Bach holds Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Law from Tel Aviv University, as well as an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University, awarded with the Dean’s Honor. She is a graduate of the Senior National Intelligence Program.
Over the course of nearly two decades, she served in the public sector in the fields of investigations and intelligence, where she led complex investigations into cybercrime. In her role as the founder and head of the Criminal Enforcement and Investigations Department at the Ministry of Justice, she oversaw high-profile investigations of significant public importance, including the “Agron” affair and the “Saudi Hacker” case, and led cooperation efforts with law enforcement and security agencies in Israel and abroad.
Following the events of October 7, she served as Chief Investigator in a private initiative to investigate the crimes of the attack, with the aim of establishing an evidentiary foundation for prosecution before international courts.
Ido Frizler
Ido Frizler holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Talpiot Computer Science program, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, with a specialization in computer communications. Ido has nearly two decades of experience in the fields of information security and computer networking, and has worked as part of the national defense establishment, startups, and large organizations.
For the past six years, he has managed the global development group for cloud networking security at Microsoft (Azure Networking Security). His team is responsible for the development of network security products (including firewalls and DDoS attack prevention), security research and vulnerability discovery across Microsoft’s cloud products, and the security of Microsoft’s physical network infrastructure, which serves as the foundation for Microsoft’s cloud network—one of the largest in the world.
He is a member of the executive management team of the organization responsible for Microsoft’s network infrastructure and leads the organization’s AI-driven innovation initiatives.
Dr. Hadassa Daltrophe
Dr. Hadassa Daltrophe holds Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Communication Systems Engineering. She is a Senior Lecturer and researcher in the Department of Software Engineering at Sami Shamoon College of Engineering (SCE).
Her research focuses on distributed systems and artificial intelligence, and in recent years she has also been active in social media analysis in general, and social media regulation in particular. As a lecturer, she heads the Communication Systems and Cyber track and teaches academic courses in algorithmics and computer networks.
ISOC-IL 2026 Board of Trustees
The newly elected members will join the continuing board members: Dr. Sharon Bar-Ziv, Yoav Wolf, Moshe Haggai, and Danit Leybovich-Shati.
We congratulate the elected members and thank all candidates and participating members. Strong participation and transparent governance processes are essential to sustaining a trusted, resilient, and people-centered Internet ecosystem—locally and as part of the global Internet Society community.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to outgoing board members Dr. Hama Abu-Kishk, Adv. Karen Elburg-Rimon, and Rami Malachi for their meaningful service and contributions to ISOC-IL.
Finally, thank you to the Elections Committee—comprised of volunteer ISOC-IL members and the ISOC-IL’s auditing body—for managing the election process and overseeing its integrity: Mahassen Abu Nassar- Asfour (Chair), Lev Gilfenbaum, Dan Tel-Nir, CPA Rani Rabin (ISOC-IL’s internal auditor), and Adv. Tal Kaplan, ISOC-IL’s legal counsel who served as observer.
