The Internet Safety Hotline

Though we are an independent, non-governmental entity, in relevant cases we collaborate with Israel’s National Cyber Directorate and the Online Child Protection Bureau, exchanging valuable information that enhances and expedites the emergency response to victims of online abuse.

The Israel Internet Association is an independent NGO and provides general information and guidance to the general public. The organization is not a legal or law enforcement organization and does not assist with investigation or prosecution. We offer preliminary consultation, report problematic content to online platforms and services, and direct users to the appropriate resources and organizations that can help them.

The Internet Safety Hotline operates Sunday to Thursday between 9 AM – 5 PM and provides support in the Hebrew, Arabic and English languages. Outside of these hours we only respond to emergency inquiries sent via Whatsapp.

For inquiries or collaboration opportunities, online platforms and NGOs can contact us at: [email protected]
