Adv. Karen Elburg-Rimon

Adv. Karen Elburg-Rimon is Partner and Head of the Intellectual Property practice at Herzog, Fox & Neeman in Tel Aviv. She has 32 years of legal experience, providing counsel on various facets of intellectual property to a diverse clientele, including hospitals, financial institutions, global corporate entities and emerging startups. She drafts and negotiates contracts, with a focus on development and monetization of technology, and specializes in the management of international trademark portfolios in Israel and around the world as well as the interface between trademarks and domain names.

Karen holds a B.A. in Law from Bar Ilan University (1990) and qualified to practice law in 1991. She has volunteered for several years as staff writer for the academic journal “The Trademark Reporter,” published by the International Trademark Organization, and has served as one of the journal’s senior editors since 2020.
